Danica "Saves" NASCAR

Cancel this year's races boys....Danica won the Daytona 500 pole so there is no need to race out the season. NASCAR is saved by a female driver.

Danica, Danica, Danica, Danica, Danica, Danica, Danica, Danica....get use to it. It's all you're going to hear all frecken week on the networks. Even the "PC" drivers are gushing. (Don't you know most all these guys are sick of her but won't say it)

At some point the drivers will get together (to save NASCAR) and let her win a race but not this one.

Ricky Craven said today if Patrick wrecks her car Thursday in the Duel 125's, she has to start in the rear for the 500 Sunday. Craven went on to say to look for Patrick quite logically to protect her ride and race with kid gloves Thursday hoping to preserve her pole position for Sunday's big event. However come Sunday, all the dress rehearsals are over and Patrick will have no friends with maybe the exception of Stewart with everybody breathing hard down her neck.

Yea after the accident, I used to say he hit everything on the racetrack but the right line.

Maybe the question to discuss is was it Patrick's skill and ability that earned her the pole position or was it the quality of the car provided by the Stewart Hass Camp? Quite possibly the combination of both is the answer as Patrick stayed low along the yellow line, running the Daytona Track with precision in a strong car her crew had worked hard to perfect.

Danica doesn't mind going fast...she proved that driving those Indy type cares.

You better believe she had one heck of a car under her during the two lap qualifying.

Now, let's see how she does for a complete race with other cars around her?

NASCAR boss, Mike Helton has decided to rename America's Race from the Daytona 500 to the Daytonica 2.5. Still contemplating in renaming the series to NASCARNICA
